No need to bring anything other than a spare pair of underwear!
Chat with me if you have a chronic illness and need to start with shorter sessions to build up your tolerance.
After your sauna
- Drink plenty of water - you may continue to sweat for around 20-30 minutes afterwards
- Take a cold shower (or even cold water on your face) to support immune function and nervous system regulation
- Avoid heavy exercise for 30 minutes, however gentle stretching is beneficial
