Service Description

A personalised session to discuss your health and wellbeing goals. Sessions are online unless pre-arranged and include a post session email with personalised nutrition/ wellbeing plans, recipes, resources. All health coaching clients get 10% off red light therapy and sauna sessions and packages.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 12hrs before your booking. If you cancel between 12 and 2 hours of the booking you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, however you can reschedule within 12 hours. Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment or not showing up will forfeit your full payment.
