Whether you want to prepare for a medical visit, get clarity on advocating for your needs, or co-create a clear health plan, this session is designed to help you gain confidence in navigating your health journey. It's about addressing your immediate questions and empowering you with a clear path forward. Sessions are online unless pre-arranged and include a post session summary. All health coaching clients get 10% off red light therapy and sauna sessions and packages.
