Infrared sauna and red light therapy sessions are available at Waitakere Health Hub, 199b Lincoln Road, Henderson, Auckland.
To book a session, package deal or membership:

2. Choose your treatment option.
3. Packages and memberships are available when you click 'Explore Plans' under each treatment option or can be accessed directly in the link below.

Your sessions come with the following complimentary items, eliminating the need to bring towels or other essentials each time:

essential oils of your choice to enhance your sauna experience

towels and skincare lotions

water and electrolytes
-
access to the Bluetooth sauna speaker to listen to your favourite podcast, music or meditation track.
We do recommend bringing a change of underwear.
